About Christine...

Background

Christine is the founder of Fires of Isis. She started her journey and spiritual awakening ten years ago after moving to San Francisco California and meeting her beloved partner and spiritual soulmate.

Christine was introduced to the power of spiritual alchemy through the Course In Miracles (also referred to as ACIM or "the Course"), which she completed in earnest over the prescribed one-year study period. Often sited as the single text qualifying as "sacred scripture" in the New Age movement, Christine awards this book as one of the most healing, powerful and influential books she has come across in her studies. She consistently leverages much of its wisdom in both her practice as founder of FOI and the experience of her daily life.

Christine went on to study under many masters. She names Doreen Virtue, PhD and best selling author and founder of Angel Therapy as one of her most influential spiritual teachers. She has attended and participated in several of Doreen's workshops and courses, and has been certified as an Angel Therapy Practitioner.

Among her other spiritual practices, Christine is a Reiki practitioner and avid yoga enthusiast.

Christine holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in human sexuality from San Francisco State University.


A Word from the Founder

I am a lightworker and a high-priestess; a leader, teacher and guide for women seeking to re-discover the sacred feminine and achieve our awesome and limitless potential.

I am a natural intuitive and a claircognizant.
I consider my work to be that of a spiritual alchemist. It is the process of bringing elements together in a metaphorical "spiritual cauldron", to achieve spiritual transformation. These elements include, first and foremost my students, but also the active contributions of Angels, Goddesses, Ascended Masters and all forms of Love and Light, with whom I have contracted to perform our work. The processes include ancient rituals and practices, conducted with an underlying mastery (intuitive and academic) of mysticism, spirituality, history, psychology, philosophy and natural law. The aim is the spiritual equivalent of alchemy's promise of the transformation of "lead to gold". The result is the awakening, healing and liberation of the sacred feminine, and the release of all the power that she holds.

My passion for teaching and empowering women is in part a reaction to my upbringing. I was raised in a boarding school by nuns. It was a grossly oppressive and disempowering environment, defined and propagated by the patriarchal establishment of our times. I was taught through fear and intimidation to aspire to meekness, silence and dependence. My voice, needs, desires, and dreams were unimportant, selfish and forbidden. More so, sex and sexuality were particularly sinful, and certainly not mine to own or express, except in the dutiful and pleasure-less servitude of the man who would come to hold its exclusive claim. Through this systematic programming, I learned to feel insignificant, unworthy and submissive and I held correspondingly low self-esteem. For years I suppressed my sexuality, which I later came to realize was a significant part of my spirituality and natural (blissful) expression. My path was changed when, during my early studies in spirituality I was blessed with a dream. In that amazing and powerful dream I was awakened to the truth that it is through the beauty, power and sacredness of my sexuality that I could set myself free. In doing so, I awakened and unleashed the powerful, sexual and sensual Goddess within, to heal, love, manifest and empower myself to achieve anything and everything that I truly desire.

Through these experiences, I have come to hold great passion, unconditional love, compassion and understanding, and a wide open heart. It is my intention and my calling as a High Priestess of the Sacred Feminine to return to you the gifts and the wisdom with which I have been blessed. I endeavor that you fall in love with yourself and your life, that you become more present and appreciate your process. As your guide I am committed that you come to understand the truth that all experiences and situations in your life are gifts from the universe; encouraging you to grow and learn in preparation for your graduation from this school we call life. I blissfully choose to be your loving guide and cheerleader on this journey to reclaim the beautiful, the wise, the powerful, the all‑loving, sexual, sensual and sacred Goddess within.
